Xtratherm are currently looking to fill a position as a Specification Manager in the Northern region. Responsibility for the creation and management of product specifications focusing on our range of technical products. This will be achieved by developing a network of architects, specifiers and energy assessors that specify the Xtratherm range together with engaging at design stage with our end users.
To be successful as the Specification Manager you will:
Key Tasks and Duties:
Customer Activity – You will work to support the external sales team specifications through their customer base and develop your own network of Architects to bring specifications to Xtratherm. You will also work with technical departments of large national/regional house builders and contractors to engage at the design stage. Work with Energy assessors that partner with Xtratherm and adopt our products within their calculations.
PSA: Project Sales Achiever– You will take a lead role in the entry of data for architects, specifiers and major projects within the region. Encourage your colleagues to adopt, update and benefit from the system.
Business Relationships and Opportunities – manage relationships with selected national and regional account customers at design team level.
Business Development – maintain an overview of business development opportunities through strong market intelligence. Ensure that Xtratherm remains at the forefront as an innovative Insulation Manufacturer by driving Technical Product sales to meet Company aspirations.
