Xtratherm is pleased to announce the update of a of the popular CPDs on the Subject of the Code for Sustainable Homes, and FEEs

The CPD has been updated to reflect the changes to the Building Regulations Part L1a and the Code for Sustainable Homes. All guidance relating to energy efficiency is now concentrating on the Fabric First approach to low energy design with the CSH now encompassing the Fabric Energy Efficiency Standard (FEES) formulated by the Zero Carbon Hub. In the presentation Xtratherm explains in detail the principals of achieving the new standards and look at the targets required for U-values, Thermal Bridge Detailing and Air Tightness that are required for Code 4 and improvements required to meet the 2016 regulation standards.
